We guarantee that your flowers will arrive fresh, beautiful, and in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
🔄 Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept physical returns. However, we’re happy to work with you to resolve any issue.
💵 Refund or Replacement
You may be eligible for a refund, credit, or free replacement if:
- The flowers arrived in poor condition
- The wrong item was delivered
- Delivery did not occur on the promised date (excluding delays due to recipient unavailability or incorrect information)
