  • 1) Our policy lasts 15 calendar days. If 15 calendar days have gone by since your date of purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange.
  • 2) To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • 3) Customized products are a non-returnable/refundable item in any case.
  • 4) Advance will not be refunded after the work has started in any case.
  • 5) To complete your return, we require an invoice receipt, email invoice or proof of purchase sent to us through email
  • 6) DAMAGE CLAIMS: Damage claims must be reported within 24 hrs of delivery. If failed to do so, The Modern Art will not be liable for any refund or replacement.

Order Cancellation:

  • 1) Standard Products: Orders for standard (non-customized) products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@themdernart.in.
  • 2) Customized Products:Orders for customized products can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations after this period will not be accepted as the customization process will have begun.

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGE (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in not more than 10 working days. Alternatively, you will receive the exchange product you requested for within 10 working days after the approval of your request.

Original Payment Mode: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is posted in your account. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at support@themodernart.in

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@themodernart.in and send your item to: The Modern Art Kotdwara,Pauri Uttarakhand, 246149 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
