Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

  • 1) Standard Products: Orders for standard (non-customized) products can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at support@themdernart.in.
  • 2) Customized Products: Orders for customized products can be canceled within 4 hours of purchase. Due to the personalized nature of these items, cancellations after this period will not be accepted as the customization process will have begun.

Refunds

  • 1) Standard Products: If you cancel your order within the 24-hour window, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • 2) Customized Products: If you cancel your order within the 4-hour window, a full refund will be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
