From startups to the Fortune 500, Stephanie has been consulting and facilitating for over two decades. Prior to starting her own firm, she led the consulting team at SmithBucklin, focusing on strategy and change management initiatives for client organizations across a wide variety of industries and professions. Applying her degree in organizational psychology, Stephanie creates deliberate, structured interactions digitally and in-person. She often leads our client workshops and market research and regularly speaks at client events. Stephanie serves as a director for the International Association for Strategy Professionals and contributed sections on visioning, culture, facilitation, and teamwork for its Body of Knowledge. She also consults and trains for the Northern Illinois Center for Nonprofit Excellence and holds a Certificate of Nonprofit Board Consulting from BoardSource. When not working, She is a dedicated football mom and enjoys international travel and boating with her husband and son.
